— MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM —

MARY J. WILLIAMS
PRESIDENT
Shortly after moving to Texas from New Jersey, Mary took a job as a Sales Coordinator at a large sign company. She learned the business quickly and was promoted into sales and then management. That was over thirty years ago. Mary was hired as the General Manager of Pinnacle Signs LLP in 2002. In 2006 she became a partner and in 2016 acquired the company and changed it’s name to Pinnacle Sign Team, Inc. “You are only as good as the people you surround yourself with,” she says. “Everyone has to play their part in making a sign project successful. It takes a unified team.” On weekends, Mary loves to spend time with her two daughters and her grandchildren.

Megan Taylor
Marketing/Sales
Hi, I’m Megan – proud wife, mama to three amazing kids, and the marketing heartbeat behind our team!
Life is beautifully full around here: you’ll find me chasing chickens (yes, we have those!), snuggling cats and dogs, or knee-deep in the garden with dirt under my nails and a smile on my face. Give me a sewing machine, a pile of fabric, or a new craft project and I’m in my happy place.
We’re an outdoorsy, water-loving family – whether it’s floating the river, building sandcastles at the beach, or just soaking up the sunshine in the backyard. Every single day feels like a holiday because I get to wake up and do life with the people (and pets!) I love most.
I’m beyond grateful for another day on this earth, and I bring that same joy, creativity, and gratitude into every marketing project I touch. When I’m not brainstorming fresh ideas for the team, I’m probably planning our next family adventure or starting “just one more” DIY project.
Thanks for stopping by – let’s make something wonderful together! ✨️
